Choose your occasion

Shop and print
Add the Amazon products to your cart. Grab the matching Etsy template bundle. Edit in Canva, print at home, and you’re done.
Show up and celebrate

How far in advance should I start planning? +
For most events, 4–6 weeks is plenty. Weddings and large parties benefit from 3+ months. Our free planning guide includes a week-by-week breakdown for every event type.
How much do events HQ themes cost to execute? +
Most themes are designed to look expensive for $150–$350 in supplies. That includes the Amazon decor, a balloon arch or backdrop, signage, and table styling. Templates from our Etsy shop start at $8.
Do I need design experience to use the templates? +
Nope. All templates open directly in Canva. You click, type your text, and download. The hardest part is choosing which one you love most.
Can I mix elements from different themes? +
Absolutely. Our themes are curated to work as complete packages, but you can pull pieces from multiple themes if your vision is a mix. Just stick to a consistent color palette and it’ll look intentional.
Where do the Amazon products ship from? +
All products link directly to Amazon listings. Most arrive in 2–5 days with Prime. We recommend ordering 2 weeks out to account for any shipping surprises.
